Balloon Celebrations prides itself on reasonable priced decor and considers our service great value for the price. Many retailers have seen price increases in the past year ,and although we have as well , we are trying keep prices down as long as possible. To date we have not experienced any shortages and we pledge to keep a large supply in stock.
