​Rick launched Balloon Celebrations in 1986 and has since grown it into a nationwide leader in event décor. A Certified Balloon Artist and industry instructor since the late '80s, he's known for bold, unforgettable moments—like the 150,000-balloon drop at the Republican National Convention with Treb Heining. Rick is also a regular contributor to trade publications and an active member of several national and regional event networks.
