Rick Sicolo

Founder & Past Owner· 38 Years

​Rick launched Balloon Celebrations in 1986 and grew it into a nationwide leader in event decor. A Certified Balloon Artist and industry instructor since the late ’80s, he’s known for bold, unforgettable moments—like the 150,000-balloon drop at the Republican National Convention with Treb Heining. After successfully selling the company, Rick continues to share his expertise as a consultant and valued member of event staff, bringing his signature creativity and professionalism to every project. He is also a regular contributor to trade publications and an active member of several national and regional event networks.

Nancy Fedele

With a strong background in accounting and client relations, Nancy is the go-to for smooth operations and top-notch customer service.
